Welcome to the March 2011 issue of WOX (World of XOOPS) Newsletter. Also this month we're a little bit late - sorry for that! (see here previous versions)

Highlights of the last month:
XOOPS Operation Guide updated for XOOPS 2.5.0
Mage creates ModuleAdmin class simplifying creation of modules
Debugging XOOPS with FirePHP/Firebug (updated hack, and new Tutorial)
- XOOPS Innovation Award - for people who create something very unique and innovative for XOOPS. This time the award goes to to John Mordo (jlm69) from USA for his work on Classifieds and Jobs modules. John is from XOOPS almost from the beginning - since July 2002!
- XOOPSer of the Month Award: is given to XOOPS members who show extraordinary dedication to XOOPS, and go the extra mile for XOOPS. This month, it goes to Ruoyu SUN (insraq) from China, for writing a book on building XOOPS Themes and donating the proceeds to XOOPS. This is for the first time ever that we have the same person in a row receiving the "XOOPSer of the Month" Award. Congratulations, Insraq!

Many of you were asking for a Garage module, and it seems like your wishes have been addressed by Philou from France, our October 2010 XOOPSer of the Month
He designed this module for a family member, but is sharing now with the XOOPS Community.
This module was developed for use in an automotive garage.
It could of course be adapted to manage a business of any kind with after sales service.
It was developed on XOOPS 2.4 and tests on XOOPS 2.5 are not yet finished.
The modules is addressing the need for having a tool for tracking repairs at a garage. Two different areas: mechanical and bodywork, and several workers in each area.
The module can manage maintenance of cars in the garage, follow the on-going and completed repairs, edit quotes and invoices.

Membership maintence and groups shopping cart!

Membership is a module which maintains your user groups for paid access through XPayment to your website. You can set which groups people are to expire from and expired to as well as groups you can purchase access to. It is complete with permission and is a basic Groups Cart for XOOPS 2.x.
This module utilzes other module, these modules are XPayment and Profile. This means you will need to have these modules installed as well to use this module. There is also a cron in the modules folder you can find the file in /modules/membership/cron and should be set to run at least once a day. But it doesn't matter how oftern you run it.

- Editor not saving in admin
- Editor not loading in admin
- Title and description not saving on new package in admin
- Xpayment plugin WSDO
