XoopsGallery is a modularized version of Gallery that has been integrated with XOOPS2 template system and comments system. You can modify the appearance of the user side of Gallery by editing template files, use random and new photo blocks on your site, and users can post comments which can be then managed through XOOPS comment manager.

Gallery is a popular web-based photo album that allows a user to easily create and maintain albums of photos via an intuitive interface.

I've made several attempts over the past 2 weeks now and keep hitting the same wall. I click on the download now link which brings me to yur downloads page and I get this. What's up?
