No-Ah extendable content module

Description:

This module is still in beta but I figured I would post it to try and see if anyone is willing to install it and let me know what is wrong and where it needs to be improved.

There are a lot of features in this module, and a lot of testing still to do I am sure. Here is a short list of included functionality.

- Product catalogue
- Shopping cart
- ImageMagick upload/resize
- extendable administration interface
- create new content groups and new database fields automatically
- search engine friendly URLs standard (requires .htaccess)

Note: the only reason I'm posting this is to get feedback and more eye's testing it. I still consider this code beta.
