During month August we've collected your nominations for the XOOPS-Site of the month contest and NOW I've openend the voting FORM. A little earlier than expected, but things go well these days.
I can imagine that many people do not like to register on an page, but in this case of giving your vote, there is no other possibility to get a correct result, I think. So PLEASE take the time to REGISTER if you are not a member yet. I will not abuse your email-adresses nor give it away. Perhaps you can post your opinion and comment if it will be ok to only check IP of voting, what do you think?

TinyEditor 0.5 is out!
After some months since last release,TinyEditor 0.5 is finally released!
A lot of improvements have been done and special care has been taken to make the module safe and fast.
TinyEditor is now integrated into XoopsEditor framework but keeps compatibility with Xoops versions < 2.2 so you can still use it within old modules' versions.

eXtCal 2.0 Final
After 3 Release Candidate and a few fixed bugs, eXtCal 2.0 Final is out.eXtCal is an event/calendar module developed exclusively for XOOPS, it is thus integrated perfectly there for programming and design.
It integrates a fine management of the group permission for category and allowing thus a great flexibility in are use. They are 4 differents view (Yearly and daily with list view, monthly with calendar view and one view for event detail) and 5 blocks (upcoming event, new event, random event, spotlight event and a minicalendar).

I have played with the theme quite a bit and tried a few innovations out including using java scriptiing for some of the menus.
If there is adequate interest in the eirenicon theme, I will 'generisize' it and provide a genric version to the community.

Italian translation for XOOPS 2.2 is ready
It is now available the final version of the italian translation of XOOPS 2.2.x, made by XOOPSIT (http://www.xoopsit.net), also thanks to all the feedbacks sent by the italian community of XOOPS.
