DESCRIPTION: The xNLine theme is an excercise is Blog styling that is dynamic an flexible. This design takes the concept of single/two column designs and adds a few custom touches such as a customizable CSS dropdown menu (courtesy of Dynamic Drive), dynamic block title display (titles are no longer required), RSS auto discovery, page load / DB query statistics, and customizable advertiser zones.
The overall design goal for this theme was to produce a reasonably accessible design that is search engine friendly, easy to navigate, highly customizable, and reader friendly. This design is especially well suited to sites that display a large amount of content where a traditional 2/3/4 column layouts would be too cramped.

This month in SVN
I published today on xoops France an article about the lastest changes sent to the XOOPS svn during this month. The covered subjects relate : - passage of the trunk svn in version 2.3 - new installer for Xoops 2.3 - zeta1 : new default theme - work on admin interface - working methods - tutorial on the developments, subversions and tortoisvn My English is not good enough to entirely translate this article into English, but if somebody wants to undertake some, not of problems.

MatrixForge Open Source portal launched
I have launched MatrixForge as an Open Source project portal dedicated to open source projects from my own company (SOFTECHMATRIX). Several existing company projects will be moved to MatrixForge as well as several new projects that will be initiated in the not so distant future.
I'm also working (some finished, some underway) on Dutch translations for a few XOOPS modules (xHelp, xDirectory, AMevents) that I want to release asap. Those will be maintained on MatrixForge as well.

This page is from a Argentinean National university Informatics Department, the univesity is called Universidad Nacional de Quilmes ( Nacional Quilmes University )and the department Secretaria de Comunicación y tecnologias de Informacíon ( Communication and IT Department ).
Here the department tells to the university comunity the new features which are able to them and which are the informatics problems which the university are suffering.
The site also gives fast access to all the Univesity web based systems.

This page is the starting of a migration from all the web systems of the university to XOOPS ( multisite ).
The design follows the idea and colors of the University main oficial page ( which in the future will be also done in XOOPS ).

New W3C Compliant CSS Wireframe Themes for XOOPS 2.0.14
A couple of people have been working on creating CSS-based themes for XOOPS 2.0.14 that are W3C compliant and offer some pretty cool features such as clean printing, hiding notification blocks unless they are "toggled on" , providing font resizing, a dynamic submenu/usermenu and also take advantage of XOOPS 2.0.14's new blocks and ability to overwrite templates for other modules.
There are two themes to note so far - Snow77's CSS100 theme which is "fluid" or adjusts to the width of your browser and also Technigrafa's "fixed" theme, which is based off of the famous Ruthsarian "Skidoo Too" example.
