iServices theme is a 2 column theme for XOOPS 2.0.1.x series (including 2.0.15).
It's based on CSS template from solucija.com with two links for adding your site to favorites ans set as homepage.
<{$xoops_sitename}>,<{$xoops_slogan}> , <{$xoops_meta_description}> and <{$xoops_footer}> inserted in theme.html so you need to set up it from admin panel > General Settings and Meta Tags and Footer .

Release of SmartSection 2.12 RC 1 !
The SmartFactory is very proud to release the new version of its articles management module SmartSection 2.1 RC 1 ! What's new in version 2.12 RC 1? Since release of 2.1 RC 2, many bugs have been fixed, mostly regarding XOOPS 2.0.14, 2.0.15 and 2.2.x, as well as regarding MySQL 5.x. You will be happy to know that SmartSection now fully works with all versions of XOOPS (2.0.x and 2.2.x). The new upgrade procedure of the SmartModules has been implemented in SmartSection. You don't need to "Check tables" after updating the module. Everything is done automatically when the module is updated.

TopSite directories are nothing new. In fact, there are tons of them. However, there are several factors that have frustrated the heck out of me with most of them. First of all, most of the TopSites that relate to the Webmaster niche are hosted on very slow servers and are hosted on limited shared accounts that often run out of bandwidth in a short amount of time. Secondly, most of the sites that fit the Webmaster niche are either offer too few categories to make searching them useful, or they cover such a generic range of topics that the sites listed in them represent a hodge-podge of all things related to the 'net. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, most of the TopSites I've seen in the webmaster niche have a relatively small user-base. This equates to just a handful of people seeing your site in their directory each day. What good does that do you?

BlackNGold Theme
If you like dark, beautifully simplistic designs, then you definately want to check out this theme! The original version of this theme was designed for a client, but the client didn't pay, so I decided to release this theme to the community. His loss is your gain! This design stays true to my preference towards fixed-width, two-column, table-less designs that are SE-friendly and simple to modify. As usual, this design is standards compliant and is licensed under the GNU/GPL license. All I ask is that you retain the link to MyWebResource in the footer.
This design does vary a little bit from it's original form with regards to the graphics and some of the Smarty trickery that was originally employed. Nevertheless, I think you will find that this theme is a great choice for sites that call for a dark, brooding feel that is easy on the eye.
