My latest Theme - Blue Ice theme - need opinions
Hi all :) I've just finished a new theme, - Blue Ice Theme.
I have put it on a cpl of my sites and although it's not available for download as yet, I thought I would post about it here to get opinions on it.

The XOOPS Israel becomes certified Hebrew support site
The XOOPS Project Council announces XOOPS Israel as a Certified Hebrew Support Site for XOOPS.
XOOPS Israel, or http://www.xoops.co.il , is built by Adam Alayan for Hebrew users. Adam's team has translated all the XOOPS application and some modules, they have a forum support and modules repository to enable users download XOOPS core and modules.
XOOPS has a long history in Hebrew since 2002 when tzvook, who is well known to the XOOPS community, and his team initiated the localization of XOOPS and numerous modules. tzvook's team does not have much time for the new IL support but they might share their modules with Adam.

GuitarGearHeads.com is a large guitar oriented website reaching nearly 150,000 unique users a month with about 2.5 million page views. We have been using Xoops since inception (2003) and have gone through two redesigns in that time.
We have really enjoyed using Xoops due to its simplicity, configurability, and relative security. We also consistently rank in the top #1 - #3 spots in Google for all our search terms without tons of "SEO". We just publish great content, isn't that what it's about?

It is built on a modded Xoopsdesign.com theme. I freely endorse them - they make great themes that are fast loading and complete.
We run mostly stock modules and use a few creative table tricks to keep the site from looking too "nuke".

XPETITIONS module
INFORMATUX has created a multilingual petition management module: "XPETITIONS".
You can download it from Xoops.org module repository.
It enables you to manage as many petitions as you need. This module is new, this is still a beta version although many tests have already been carried out.
Please visit the following website for bug reports.
To gain access, please download the module and read the "README" file.
If Xoops users show interest for this module, we will create a dedicated website for feature requests, FAQ and a forum.
