X-Reaggregator 2.07 based on XoopsHeadlines includes a nice feature for Re-aggregating your RSS Feeds into your community from other sources, it includes a .htaccess SEO as well as an RSS Cache and RSS Snooping by Setting in your preferences.
This for example is useful with your X-Torrent Installation as you can add other X-Torrent RSS Feeds to it and allow your users to with the RSS Torrent acquire Aggregate torrents from many sources with the Feed Snooping the composite group of feeds with snooping quantities for the amount of items in the RSS Feed.
A couple of minor fixes, there was a problem with the SEO function that $xoopDB needed to be redeclared as well as adding a sort to the Snooping and other minor templating changes..

Currently x-Torrent offers a large range of options, but we will be releasing a new version in around 6 months, if some spare time comes in we will be writting in more options and systems.
x-Torrent is a module which offer full control of torrents in xoops, it will poll the torrents as well as download file information, seeds, leeches, trackers etc, of the torrent.
The announce appears from the file http://yoursite.com/modules/xtorrent/announce.php You can redirect this at the root with a .htaccess file to something that is shorter.

Competition for XOOPS 2.3 Marketing Materials
Sometime in the next two weeks we expect the first Beta release of XOOPS 2.3, with hopefully an official release not far away.
In order to get ready for the official release of XOOPS 2.3, we would like to have some new marketing materials supporting the release.
What we are looking for are:
- screensavers
- banners (Flash and animated GIF)
- wallpapers
- other ideas?
hopefully in a consistent look and feel.
We are looking for fresh, fun, and creative ideas.
Please help us in making a "marketing splash" with the XOOPS 2.3.

Hello,
A problem has been discovered in the article.php page, so I have released an update of the Xoops News module in a 1.61 version.
The previous article was always pointing to the first article and not to the previous article.
Also, TCPDF was updated to its last version.
There were no changes in the translations.

New in Germany - BulldogNews - All about English Bulldogs
Hallo from Germany,
take a look at the new Info-Center of the English Bulldogs in Germany! It is built with Xoops CMS with many different modules!
At the moment I "fight" with the Sitemap - and keep updating the Website with recent news! Also I will take the module MyQuiz - and Umfrage!!
But i need a little bit time - to understand how i must do this!! I work with XOOPS since February 2008 - I´ll never before have worked with HTML or such thinks! A good friend helps me by the first steps - and since the 2nd March the BulldogNews is online!!!
Xoops is soooo nice - but i must learn more!!!
At the moment i tried my second hompage - about my private dogs - you can have a look here: English Bulls!!!

Instant Zero is very happy to present you a new version of the Xoops News module.
This new version, 1.6, introduces some bugs corrections and introduces a long awaited feature, the possibility to display html in its blocks.

How to upgrade ?
Be sure to update the files on your server with the new one and update the module in the Xoops modules manager.

- TCPDF was updated to its version 4.0.001
- The RSS feed per subject now runs with cache (correctly)
- I have corrected a bug in the "Archives" block (the block was displaying _NW_NEWSARCHIVES)
- In the moderation block you now have a link to edit the story
- I have corrected a bug in news_item.html
- In the article page, the script should use less resources to create the link to the previous and next article
- Now you can display html in the blocks
