It seems xoops is getting more and more in the press. Time to publish it.
In the June number of the Dutch magazine <<<Pc Magazine>>> there was a test of CMS'es, xoops was choosen as the best of all. Because of that they added a whole article how to install and use xoops. You can see here the screens (of the how to):
