Current users of XOOPS 2.5.5 are encouraged to download and apply a Security Patch.

This patch is included in the upcoming XOOPS 2.5.6, which should be released in the next couple of weeks, after the testing of the Beta version is done.

As I can't post anything on the forums at xoops.org I'll do it in here.... It looks like there is a serious problem with the forums, replying or adding a new post is impossible, there is a 'forum not selected' error!

Someone changed .htacess to redirect xoops.org to www.xoops.org but forgot to edit mainfile.php to use the new url. This was causing posts to fail. It should not work correctly. Thanks!
