WinShell is a free integrated development environment (IDE) for easy working with LaTeX or TeX. It includes a text editor, different tool bars and user configuration options.
When I changed my provider, suddenly I had sql and php, so I decided to setup a cms and found XOOPS. Great stuff! With a little change here and there I made my own little theme/modules and setup my webpage.
