For the Frameworks folder, copy this again from the 2.3.3b archive. Then add the missing subdirectories from your 2.0.18 installation. (Do not alter the exisiting subdirectories).

My advice was to test this on your local PC first.

Personally, I have the 2.3.3 frameworks folder with a number of files/folders added from earlier versions. I find that this works for some modules which wouldn't work with the plain vanilla frameworks directory that comes with 2.3.3. Try adding the files/folders from your old frameworks folder to the new one, don't overwrite anything, just add stuff that was but isn't now there.

ok tired adding the files/folders not present with the upgraded Frameworks
but still having the issue

before adding them i tried to simply remove the frameworks
and goto modules admin so i can update SYSTEM
but i cant get to admin there

ok so i made the corrections to FRAMEWORKS
and still getting error ( a new one ) on admin page
