somebody think of the children users!

I bet you find at the bottom of this a few idiots that are sitting back and trying to have fun at the expensive of most of the other members of this and the other CMS. I bet if you spoke to 99% of the people on here and there they would be happy for open collaboration between the two projects.

It doesn't matter if someone chooses their product over zoops. It's not a commercial enterprise, it's open source. It's done for the fun!

Would a poster get flamed for suggesting a different linux distro on the ubuntu forums?

That's the great thing about open source.. if someone does something better then you can use that code and make your package better.

but in the name of Herko Coomans. Now, Herko is selling the domain XOOPS.COM for anyone with money for it (spammers?).

In the past, he said he would give the domain name to the project when Onokazu would do the same with xoops.org.
Ononkazu has kept his promise but not Herko, proving once again that he is a liar and a thief.
His place is in prison

Herko was not the first to register the domain. This can be substantiated by the Archive.org and others services. A ex-member of xoops.org registered the domain. At the time, there were many complaints here in the forums (deleted threads). Hence, the former owner transferred the domain to Herko because he represented the XOOPS, because everyone trusted him.

No because the domain was transfered BEFORE XOOPS foundation exists. I can prove it.

Unfortunately, this topics is not outdated, as the XOOPS Community still doesn't have the money from Herko. We have given the case to lawyers. More info will be provided, as it becomes available.

In the meantime, I suggest to you to unsubscribe the notification from this thread.
