2 xoops but sharing a same user database ?

i would like to create 2 Xoops, the content and module of this 2 XOOPS is seperate ( different database ), but they sharing a same user database .

Ex. when the user log in , he can choose to browsing either xoops1(english) or xoops2(chinese).

any idea ? :>

This feature would be useful for many purposes - like multilingual site or several sites deditated for the same users. Maybe it is worth to work on it in next releases of XOOPS?

Several people have worked on this - A forum search should reveal something, which should if not give you the answer then at least give you a hint on how to do it.

We have the feature almost ready, it'll be included in the next release
