I like the radio buttons better in XOOPS for block position. It just faster than the select blocks.

User Groups Configuration
This whole set up is hot! It would make life a lot better. It is clear and concise. Not the jumbled mess that I am use to.
Every block is in a straight up a down position.
1) Now all you need to do is add weight before the check boxes.
2) I would also like to suggest a fourth user group for (Admin). It would be a super user /superadmin for the whole site. This way you can give webmaster status to others but they can not take over the site.
This would be Perfect at this point! Very nice people...

This might be where all things ajax should be? I hate to have this devs ajax here and this theme builders ajax there. We need a spot to place all ajax scripts and to utilize them from this location. An ajax manager if you will but in the core.
