I try to use the bb-code for sound but it doesn't work...


example:
[sound-]www.example.com/test.mid[/audio] (without the -)

Am i doing something wrong?

this thread is for discussing ideas, not for individual problem solving of bbcodes. did you actually edit the text sanitizer file to include [sound] tag?

Your start and end tags are different.

A lot of sites that generate bb code for URLs will put it in

[ url ] ... [ /url ]

But in the text sanitizer there's only code for

[ url= ... ] ... [ /url ]

Can additional code be added to make it compatible with more widely accepted bbcode structures?

I'd definitely like to see the spoiler tag included - I've had to hack one of my sites for this, and it's a tad irksome to have to keep doing it with updates.

bb code add-in for wordpress. I would love to see that in cbb.
