I'm looking for / am going to be writing an adjustment to force only one active session per user.

Has anyone seen a module/hack like this?

My idea is to extend the session table to include a uid field that is written to when login is allowed.

Upon a sucessful attempt at login, it has to check against the table to see if a session already exists w/ that uid. If it does the user will be prompted and given the choice to override the active session with their own.

Does this sound like the correct place within XOOPS to place this functionality in?
