As for PHP121 I did try it, yet without a refresh time for it and XOOPS already having its own internal pm system, with email support, making it better, I am not sure?

So I have been fixing and released shoutbox 3.2.1 for now, you can see my site for a demo.

Very nice. I'd be one happy camper if this script was Xoopsified. I'm glad people are looking into it!
