That effect could have been done with jQueary, but looking at the www.zoullou.net website, they mixed the thumbs together with the javascript. There's no real easy way of doing what you want unless you redo the block or create a new block. The reason is, the thumbs are in a javascript function and not in an html element like a div. Hopefully the creators of this module will eventually put the thumbs in a div and manipulate the div instead of putting them in javascript.

Make sure you update the width and height of your movie... if it is set to 0, your movie will have 0 width and 0 height.

My version has been posted on various forms since last year. You can download it from here,http://www.optikool.com/modules/mydownloads/singlefile.php?cid=2&lid=4 how ever the version that's currently running on my site and the one that's for download are not the same. I'm currently modifying the one running on my site to meet standard.

Does this only happen when you have yogurt installed? I have x_movie installed on my site but don't have this problem. However, the x_movie that I use is one that I maintain. It also don't have yogurt installed so that might be a factor, or it might be because I don't have the link path starting from module/x_movie. I'm in the process of removing references to x_movie to make it easier to change the name. I'm also currently updated this module because of deprecated classes.

Hey everybody I'm working on a couple of sites... my main site and another design site. On my main site,http://www.optikool.com, I'm still looking into what's causing the flash banner to slow down the site. As for my second site,http://www.eyenetdesigns.com this is pretty much finished with the exception of missing content. :)

script_fu,

If you haven't already done so, modify cdbase_artist table and add the following...

`image_border` char(3) default NULL,

Hope this fixes your problem.

The version of x_movies that I maintain resizes all videos to match what ever size restrictions you put in the admin menu. I just updated the module last night to fix some bugs. I haven't uploaded the latest update to my site yet because I'm trying to get a rollover effect to work on flash movies. But if you want the current version I can upload it to my site. You can see x_movies in action on my site here..http://www.optikool.com/modules/x_movie/

Ft24v2,

It's possible this happened because you did an upgrade. For some reason (I haven't had time to find out why) it doesn't update the database tables when you do and upgrade. At least its never worked for me. If you are able to try doing a fresh install but before you do that, export the x_movies tables first so you have a backup.

mf_iii,

There is code in there to check the file size before uploading... MAX_FILE_SIZE. However the browser has to support this. But if it does it wont allow a person to upload a file that is larger.

As for php.ini. There is no way of getting around trying to upload a file that is larger then the max upload size set in php.ini. This is why if you try to set a size higher then php.ini in my module, the value will be resite to the maximum value of what's set in php.ini. The only way to modify that is to modify the php.ini. You could also try setting a htaccss file in your directory and see if you can set this variable for your virtual server, but I've never tired that so I'm not sure if it will work.
