Contextually linked to this module. I can give you some more meaning in english... "limited only to this module" or "will only appear when this module is used"

Hope this helps ...

Richard

ME BIG TIME IDIOT

APPOLOGIZE MANY TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a little, but fatal error in the code I posted (dough), need to open my eyes a little wider

Here's how it should be (exchange the # hashmark for a . full stop| # == id; . == class)

Correct Snippet
Quote:

h1.MyNewsArticleText {
font-style:normal;
font-weight:normal;
font-size:0.8em;
color: #555;
text-decoration: none;
margin-top: 5px;
margin-bottom: 5px;
line-height: 1.5em;
}

Sorry guys, but sure ya learnt something (you should have listened to your parents: don't trust strangers!! )

This will work. I promise, 'cause I tested it with Max's site, as I couldn't believe what was being said. HA, my smoked brain at the end.....

edit the file credits/admin/index.php
find the six (6) spelling mistakes of
"credits_type"

and change it to

"credit_types"

download the module again

Holy goodness,

Thanks for all who replied. After messing around with this for several days, I finally figured it out.

mrgym,

Thanks, but that did not seem to work. I should have been more specific. I'm talking about the "Upcoming Events" block on the main page. It's displaying Oct 1st as 01/10/2004.

(great module!)

Are you looking at the date format in daily_view.php?

After a quick look, it does not seem to be changable in the template.

If you are trying to change day/month/year in daily_view.php, look on line 58;

$start_date = $start_day_name." ".$start_day." ".$start_month_name." ".$start_year." ‡ ".$start_time;

Just change the order on this line and it LOOKS like the new order will be then added to the template.

The server admin is ultra security. He expects that every php file should be edited to include the php path. Such as #!/usr/local/bin/php at the top of each PHP file. And by defult he wants me to chmod 755 to every php to give it access. This give me an almost impossible time to install any complex php scripts. I get endless errors. Does anyone know of an easier way? or am I stuck with having to add the path to each php file. Please if anyone knows give me a msg Thx.

The module doesn't have language constants (the text is on the php files) what makes the translation a little harder and dirty.

If you make the language files I would even give it a try...
