I plan to make it possible to do that in the Startup module, but unfortunately it has not been implemented yet

I use it too (v1.91). Great module, albeit in need of
a) Blue Move (you can, however, easily update it to be PHP5 compatible yourself)
b) Major overhaul of the UI (implementation of JSTree would be awesome, if I ever get the time and skill...)

Anyway, fire away with the questions.

I use AMS too and think it's really good, but what is this "link section" you are talking about???

A question somewhat related to this is how do you actually disable someone from showing up in the list of users you can send a PM to?

AFAIK regardless of the status of a user (active/inactive) or group access, the user will show up in the recipient list.

A bug, a missing feature, or is it just me? Is there any other PM module that actually addresses this? It's pretty confusing to list users not having access to the PM module as possible recipients.

I'm asking because I'm currently running 4 different websites using Xoops with lots of different modules and bar a problem with extCal in one of the upgrades, I have had no problems whatsoever.

As I said, I'm just curious why this keeps happening to you and not me?

Have you set the "Check templates for changes" to yes in the general preferences in Xoops?

If you are talking about the block template, then just delete (or comment out)
<{$option.percent}>
on row 15.
