This sounds like something i wanted..

Can each of the user have their personal counter of how many times they login?

all stated in their user profile..

A module called multimenu is the one you are looking for.

i place a <br> somewhere in the index.php but end up having error

I think the XOOPS team focus too much on modules and forgot about the users developement

I suggest more feature to be added for the users.
like some flexibility to change the

-Registration form,
webmaster can add in new blanks needed for the registration

-User's profile form,
webmaster are able to change the blanks or add in new ones like Date of Birth, Race, Religion.. Then on user side, User may add in photos of their own. Maybe user can have a "current mood meter".

-Add a personal counter to the member,
Each time the member logs in, his personal counter will auto update. i find Last Login feature quite useless.

this is what it looks like in the current weblog..It look messy and hideous.

all the weblogs are too close to one another. How do you out a space between those? perhaps a 3 lines of space?
