I'm running Smart Section on my 2.5.0 Xoops site and I have not noticed any problems with editors. Works fine with both dhtml and tiny editor.

A few days ago, I changed the settings in /class/captcha/config.image.php. Now I get almost no spam at all

Does anyone know what these filters is for in protector? I found two interesting filters:
xoops_lib/modules/protector/filters_disabled/postcommon_post_register_moratorium
xoops_lib/modules/protector/filters_disabled/postcommon_register_insert_js_check
Enable those maybe can help to stop some spam? I can't find a documentation for Protector so can't check.

No WYSIWYG. I just want to have the normal DHTML form as default. Now it shows the "plain text editor" as default. So users must change the editor from a dropdown menu to use smilies etc.

We really need a better way to stop spammers. I can not understand how all bots can pass the captcha.
Actually 9 of 10 of all signups on my website are bots! And I'm seem to be not the only one with this problem.
So I would like to try to have an question at the registration process to see if it helps.
Example questions:
What color is the sky?
What is 6+5?
Or maybe have a picture?
Like this:
What represents the image above?
1. A house
2. A three
3. A rabbit
What do you think? Should it work?

I think I found where to change the default editor but it does not work.
I edited the files:
class/xoopseditor/textarea/editor_registry.php
Changed the order valute in the file to '2'
and
class/xoopseditor/dhtmltextarea/editor_registry.php to '1'.
But i still shows the 'plain text' editor as default.
I also tried to change it to '0' but then it shows no editor at all.

a) The default editor is "plain text"in the dropdown menu. I want "DHTML Form with Xcode" as default.
The problem is also here at xoops.org.
b) When posting in the forum I see the old redirect message: "Thanks for your submission..If not the page refresh..". But only for the first time. But if I'm edit my message right after I see the new jGrowl redirection. It seems that Jquery doesn't load for the first time.
I'm using Newbb 3.08. Maybe updating the module to 4.x solving this problem?
