Making A Disclaimer

This is my second post in the forums here. The website I help run is a closed/registered member only MUD website. We are using Xoops2.0.9.2. I would like to know how to make a disclaimer box that stays on the loging menu, But not stay with the webpage when players login in. An example would be warning this site contains ...... You must be a player of the game or a family member to access this website. I tried creating a disclaimer but it stayed with the webpage after users login. Any Informate will be very helpful.

The Website is running Version 2.0.9.2, ecerything is working grea but that link in the ganner is like a bad itch. I have everything waiting to go in, but that link is preventing anything from looking nice. Any help with removing this link will be bery helpful.

Still Using Version 2, older one :( I have made a whole bunch of new banners but the ugly XOOPS graphic/link is in my way.

Hi, I am new to the XOOPS Project. I just recently took over a gaming website and they are using the default XOOPS page. I have added several themes, but still am interested in getting rid of the XOOPS link and Image on the banner. I have managed to fix all the other small little errors and modifications, but this one is stumping me. Any help will be grateful.
