Newbbex is a Xoops module, willingly simple, wich allows you to have a forum on your site.

You can visually create an unlimited number of public and private forums, connected to categories and moderated by one or several person.

You can attach files to your posts

You can manage permissions with many exactness, as a consequence, you can choose who do what and where.

Topics creation can be, according to your wish (and per forum), limited to a group or be authorized to everybody.

You can give moderations rights to different users for different forums.

Practical to encourage debates, the module is delivered with some blocks so that it's easier for you to manage it.

You have a block to see the most viewed topics, a block of the most active topics, a block to see the unreplied topics, etc.

This module, wich is compatible with Xoops 2.0 and 2.2, will help you to have search engines friendly pages by using significative pages titles (created from your content) and to have meta keywords and meta descriptions also created from your content.

With the Xoops notification's system, you can be informed of your forum's life.

Install the module as any other module, just copy the module to your site and install it in the Xoops modules mamanger

From the admin part of your site, you can easily create, edit and remove all the categories and forums you want.

Users of your site will find a simple user interface and also really standard compare to what you can find on Internet.

The module's got an internal advanced search you can use to find content filtered by date, forum and autor.

To discuss of one or several subjects or (as it is in our case), to allow the users of your products to exchange with you, this module will be very useful for your site, your intranet or your community site.
