From a static enriched content or from the content of another module, dynamically extracted, you can create as many blocks as you want to display the information you want to put under the spotlights.

You can use a WYSIWYG editor to create your static content.

To give the opportunity to all the visitors of your site to see the information you wish to put under the spotlights, the module gives you the possibility to use the marquee html tag (created by Microsoft but supported on many navigators) or a Javascript code.

By default, you can use 4 blocks but with its onthfly blocks, you can create as many blocks as you want.

Install the module as any other module, you just have to copy the archive's content to your modules folder then install it from the Xoops modules manager

Its use, really instinctive, enable you in the admin site, to create, edit and remove all the marquees you need.
